Children learn the rules and techniques, develop stroke. Much attention is paid to increasing the degree of endurance. Students are introduced to the world of sports in a fun environment.
Level 1 Intermediate Sports Program for children aged 9-13. The rowing technique is developing. Training is done to improve endurance. Training mode 3-4 times a week for 1.5-2 hours. There are also training sessions on sushi once a week.
Level 2 of the intermediate sports program. Much attention is paid to increasing endurance and physical mastery of swimming. Goals are set that allow children to become competitive. Training regimen – up to 6 times a week. Training sessions on land are held 2 times a week. Duration – 1.5-2 hours.
